Just purchased a 2017 Chevy Suburban from Dice for a bustling family of four. We developed some transmission issues shortly after the purchase, no fault of anyone. BUT...Mr. Dice personally got involved and stepped up to fix the car, and paid for the work to be done. Additionally he gave us a loaner car to use in the interim -- we have four kids in sports etc and really needed the transportation. This dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed.
